What We've Done in 2021
- Hosted a holiday party for NAMI Ramsey members, December
- Hosted Early Signs of Mental Illness in Children panel discussion, October
- Provided input to NAMI Minnesota for 2022 legislative priorities at September board meeting
- Provided input to 988 representatives at September board meeting
- Tabled at the University of St. Thomas's Community Partner & Career Fair
- Hosted a book club in September discussing children's mental health and Bipolar Disorder
- Tabled at Macalester College's Involvement Fair
- Served as a panel for discussion with Ramsey County League of Local Government, sharing experiences with mental illnesses
- Hosted book club in August discussing Schizophrenia
- Hosted a book club in July
- Initiated a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion standing board item to monitor our progress
- Hosted a book club in June
- Contributed NAMI publications to Ramsey County Children's Mental Health Collaborative's hospital backpack program that gives families resources when their child leaves a hospital
- Initiated a partnership with the Ramsey County Children’s Mental Health Collaborative

- Hosted a table at the virtual Family Wellbeing Resource Fair, sharing NAMI Ramsey's resources with attendees
- Hosted a book club in March discussing children's mental health
- Participated in Mental Health Day on the Hill--meeting with legislators virtually to advocate for those who live with a mental illness
- Wrote a letter urging the prioritization of emergency and affordable housing in Ramsey County. Read it here.
